Coursing Art
What do cave paintings and contemporary art have in common for you?
This is one of the many questions that can be heard when we gather to see, talk, research, and discover artists and artworks.
In art workshops, we review history, objective facts, historical chronicles, and also what works and artists convey to each of the individuals attending. Different perspectives enrich, complete, and broaden our own.
Art workshops are flexible and diverse in proposals and activities, motivating those who attend to actively participate in their own education. They are dynamic and open to debate, sharing opinions, information, and proposals. We visit various places that connect us to art and life: galleries, museums, cultural centers, schools, buildings, city tours, artist studios, concerts, markets...
Within the courses, monthly meetings with artists in their studios and exhibitions are included.
Art Therapy Workshops
Art as a Path
We use artistic language as a tool for self-discovery and personal growth. Art helps us connect with our essence, facilitates the expression of our feelings, and encourages us to delve deeper into ourselves. We can use painting, clay, found objects, collage, photography, video, fabrics, writing, theater... The resulting artwork doesn't matter; it's the process of pouring ourselves into it and recognizing ourselves that matters.
Through art, we can explore emotions, polarities, limits, needs, ways of giving and receiving, relationships, our place in the world...
I offer individual art therapy sessions, both online and in-person, in Madrid and Denia.

I collaborate with the School of Art Therapy and Gestalt Therapy, directed by Raquel Muñoz Albacete, assisting in various modules of their training cycles, and conducting workshops and intensive courses on various aspects of Art Therapy. These are designed to acquire new tools for self-inquiry and personal growth.
